Job Title: Area Sales Manager - South Central HVAC

At Panasonic North America, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our HVAC sales efforts in the South Central region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to ensure sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
