The Phoenix at Tucker is seeking a highly skilled Dishwasher to join their team
Key Responsibilities:
Sanitation and Cleaning:
Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning of equipment and storage areas.
Equipment Maintenance:
Operates and maintains dish machines, pot and pan sinks, and other kitchen equipment according to Food Safety Standards.
Production Support:
Assists in the production of food and beverages by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required; one year of job-related experience preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday; every other weekend required.
Reports to:
Food and Beverage Director.
