We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial support to our Walmart Inc Sales Channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Trade and Customer Investment Management: Optimize trade and customer investment to maximize returns on investment (ROI) for the sales division.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including sales leads and planning teams.
  • Month-End and Quarter-End Close Process: Ensure accurate and timely completion of the month-end and quarter-end close process, adhering to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Provide financial support and analysis for ad hoc requests from leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • CPG Experience: Strong understanding of CPG business operations, including trade and customer investment management.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
