Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DMC Harper University/Hutzel Women's Hospital. As a Med/Surg RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication
  • Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of nursing required
  • BSN preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
Work Environment

This is a full-time night shift position, working 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
