As an Intensive Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care by connecting patients to machines that measure vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, and blood-oxygen levels. You will interpret data to assess any potential health problems and develop nursing care plans accordingly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert care for patients by comfortably connecting them to life-supporting equipment
- Monitoring and interpreting vital sign data to identify any potential health concerns
- Developing individualized nursing care plans to meet each patient's unique needs
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS & ACLS Certifications
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Telemetry setting
