About the Role

The University Hospitals team is seeking a skilled Oncology Infusion Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare organization. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our oncology infusion services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate order verification and dispensing of medications
  • Minimizing order turnaround time to ensure timely patient care
  • Monitoring and documenting medication use and patient outcomes
  • Performing medication reconciliation and inventory control
  • Adhering to hospital formulary policies and local procedures
Additional Requirements

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of patient information, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures, and participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.

Please note that this is a float position, and you will be required to work at various locations within the University Hospitals system.
