Key Responsibilities:

Provide continuous business support for the procurement and invoice-to-pay processes, along with the associated ERP solution functionalities for the Natural Gas Division.

Document requirements and collaborate with technical and project management teams to define the scope, timeline, and cost estimates for executing solution enhancements.

Lead requirements prioritization reviews and oversee release planning for upgrades and change requests within the ERP solution.

Stay informed about the SAP solution roadmap and proactively coordinate with IT to implement changes based on their impact on UGI's operations.

Offer ongoing business support for existing functionalities within the integrated SAP solutions suite. Anticipate potential issues and risks, collaborating with technical teams to prevent or mitigate production challenges. Assist in documenting root cause analyses of issues.

Support process and change management activities related to ERP and the procure-to-pay process. Work with business functions to identify training reinforcement opportunities.

Lead the development of the solution roadmap for the procure-to-pay workstream. Collaborate with business, EBT, and IT resources to analyze and submit change requests and functional enhancements for prioritization.

Research and stay updated on the SAP S/4 roadmap and other solutions planned or implemented at UGI to evaluate their impact on AP processes, procurement, and DOA procedures.


Quality Assurance:

Monitor critical data associated with procurement and accounts payable processes to evaluate quality and implement plans for data improvement and solution utilization.

Develop use cases for testing, assist in creating test scripts for functionality and regression testing, and execute test plans as part of defect resolution, enhancements, quarterly releases, project execution, and regression testing related to system updates.

Collaborate with Master Data Governance to update business data definitions and governance.

Define new reporting requirements and modifications, working with Master Data, BI, and others as necessary to implement changes in reports and dashboards.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators and data quality metrics.


Training Support:

Collaborate with the EBT Solution Training team to develop and update training materials and communications regarding new solution releases.

Possess depth or breadth of expertise in UGI's general accounting and procurement procedures.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of UGI's procurement and AP processes and procedures.

Have a working knowledge of SAP ERP functionalities.

Exhibit strong business analysis and documentation skills.

A Bachelor's degree in a business or computer-related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with at least two (2) years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procurement. Experience with SAP ERP and Vendor Invoice Management is desired.


Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL Foundations, IIBA Business Analyst Certification, or equivalent.
