Worship Ministry Leader

Reno Christian Fellowship in Reno, NV is seeking a talented Worship Pastor to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will lead weekend services and creative environments that uplift the name of Jesus. This leader will also be responsible for growing today and tomorrow's worship, tech, and creative talent.

• Serve as the primary worship leader for weekend services.
• Identify and recruit talented individuals to lead worship.
• Manage the worship ministry budget, creative calendaring, and production upgrades.
• Oversight of the Technical Director and volunteer-based worship ministry.
• Foster the development of student musicians and worship leaders.

• A fully devoted follower of Jesus with a deeply rooted faith.
• A dynamic worship leader who can carry a room with vocals and instrumental skills.
• At least 3+ years of vocational worship ministry experience.
• Highly relational, kind, wise, and discerning individual.
• A team player advocating for the good of the entire RCF staff and congregation.

We estimate this position's salary to be around $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The location offers a great quality of life with plenty of outdoor activities, entertainment options, and a growing community of Christians.
