Job Title: Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing medical nutrition therapy to patients, guiding them towards a healthy and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop personalized interventions for inpatient and outpatient care
  • Deliver educational sessions to patients, families, nursing staff, and food service personnel on nutritional needs and requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, goals, and interventions in the medical record
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication about patients' nutritional status
  • Manage physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
