Employment Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to work in Long Term Care Facilities in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and quality of life.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Current Texas PT or Compact License in good standing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
