Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to our clients year-round.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax and business needs
• Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients on tax planning and compliance
• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and virtually using video conferencing, phone, chat, and email
• Identify opportunities to grow business and increase client retention through the sale of additional products and services
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients

• 5+ years of tax experience
• Experience completing individual tax returns and tax planning
• Tax planning and audit support experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
