About the Role

As a Behavioral Therapist with The Stepping Stones Group, you will be working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in various settings such as homes, schools, and within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services, guiding clients in essential skills like communication, play, socialization, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ABA sessions with clients to promote skill development and address challenging behaviors">
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment goals and strategies">
  • Collaborate with program supervisors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain">
  • High school diploma or equivalent">
  • Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays">
  • Childcare experience required">

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$26 per hour, along with a $250 sign-on bonus for those with an active RBT certification. Additionally, you will have access to paid time off, paid holidays, and wage increases. Drive time and mileage reimbursement are also included.
