We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Kingpinz Social and Baron's Eatery & Bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Estimated Salary: $22,000 - $38,000 per year

Job Description

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience. You will work closely with other team members to create a seamless and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and beverage options, to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Take accurate and complete food and beverage orders from guests, coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain prompt and efficient service.
  • Periodically check with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or special requests promptly.
  • Clear empty plates and glasses from tables as necessary and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
  • Process payments accurately and provide change or receipts, supporting fellow team members as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the server station and work areas.
  • Assist in closing tasks, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next shift.
Requirements
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a teamwork-focused environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Previous server experience is preferred but not required.
