Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for every guest.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
  • Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
  • Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
  • Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning to KPIs and performance standards.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 to $17.28 hourly rate, with opportunities to earn weekly and monthly incentives based on sales.
