Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute maintenance plans and protocols to guarantee peak equipment efficiency and reduced downtime.
  • Lead and coordinate the efforts of the maintenance workforce, including technicians and support personnel.
  • Perform routine evaluations of machinery, tools, and facilities to pinpoint and rectify potential problems.
  • Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization and compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Work in conjunction with production and engineering teams to promote continuous improvement initiatives and address operational challenges.
  • Maintain precise documentation of maintenance tasks, including work orders, equipment records, and inventory status.

Qualifications:
