Job Overview

JobsRUs is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in a manual picking position. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking all incoming material.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Ensure the warehouse is secure, safe, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in cross-training on other duties, including UPS shipments, finding materials, and other warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management.
  • Product knowledge or ability to quickly learn it.
  • Forklift Operator experience is a plus.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.
  • Steel-toed boots, jeans, and t-shirts are required attire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
