Key Responsibilities:
- Process parts sales through various channels, including counter interactions and electronic communications, ensuring accurate order processing and payment arrangements.
- Manage and oversee parts inventory, making informed purchasing decisions to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with technicians to fulfill parts requests, providing expert guidance and facilitating efficient order processing.
- Generate accurate parts sales invoices and assist with invoicing for service jobs as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in refrigeration parts and service.
- Ability to understand and utilize technical and mechanical terminology effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and web-based software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to an independent work environment typical of a small business.
- Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
