Clinical Home Manager

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Home Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our community living home and the clinical and ethical habilitation of the individuals in our care.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of Direct Care Staff to develop and support positive relationships with each individual and staff.
- Clinical Planning and Implementation: Develop, train, distribute, and implement Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSP), Functional Behavioral Assessments, and restrictive procedure plans for use in the resident's home or vocational site.
- Staff Development and Training: Develop and implement ongoing behavioral health trainings for direct report staff.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain clinical records and provide written Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSP), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and monthly clinical meeting summaries.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in ISP/IDT meetings, inter-agency meetings for the individuals assigned, school meetings, and assist with the development of outcomes and goals.
- Data Analysis and Review: Review and report on monthly data sets to monitor individual progress.
- Incident Response and Support: Follow up and support of incidents, including consultation, adjustments to PBSP, and processing with residential staff.
- Direct Care and Support: Provide direct care to support individuals in the completion of medical appointments, desired activities, and daily care.
- Staff Scheduling and Coverage: Prepare weekly staff schedule and provide necessary staffing coverage in program/home to maintain safety and welfare of individuals.
- Environment and Safety: Ensure and support a safe and home-like environment for individuals, and ensure adequate supervision and support is provided.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure the group home follows Beacon Keystone policies and procedures.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete individual documentation within agency electronic record as required and ensure all staff do so as well.
- Fiscal Management: Ensure the sound fiscal management of home and resident accounts in accordance with established guidelines, policy, and procedures.
- Staff Development and Training: Ensure that all Direct Care Staff are provided with and complete appropriate staff development training and evaluate the training needs of all Direct Care Staff assigned.
- Relationships and Communication: Maintain healthy working relationships with all internal and external entities.
Requirements: Master's Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, special education, or social work and One year of work experience with developmental disabilities. Must be at least 21 years old. Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with 3 years of driving experience and an acceptable driving record as determined by Motor Vehicle Report and insurance guidelines.
