Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Northeast GA Home Health, a part of LHC Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and other occupational therapy needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
• Consult with physicians to develop therapy plans of care.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in patient condition.

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
