The Contracts Administrator is a key member of our operations team serving as a swiss army knife able to adapt to and accomplish myriad tasks as needed. This role requires solving puzzles and implementing operational efficiencies to support consultants in doing their best work.
The expected salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
This is an exempt, full-time position with some flexibility for occasional remote work. Censeo offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave, flexible and remote work opportunities, and tuition and training reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
- Subcontract Administration: Prepare data for modifications to assigned contracts, including maintaining contract databases, spreadsheets, contract documents, and contract files
- Monitor, file, and track Subcontracts, Task Orders, Modifications, and other related agreements for performance of Contract
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic background
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in contracts administration within the Federal contracting industry
- Knowledge of common practices, procedures, and processes of contract administration
