Conductor Trainee

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Conductor Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight across our vast network.
Key Responsibilities- Switch railcars and ensure safe train movement
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Monitor and report daily work
- Operate track switches and derails to change train routing
- Inspect cars and track conditions
This role requires working in extreme all-weather conditions, walking on uneven surfaces, and performing tasks in a safety-sensitive work environment. You will also be exposed to loud noise and fumes.
Requirements- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to report for duty at designated work locations
- Able to work safely in extreme conditions
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
