Position Overview
The Environmental Quality Assurance Manager will possess substantial experience at a similar level of responsibility, contributing to the Quality Assurance, environmental stewardship, and sustainability objectives of technical maintenance and repair initiatives comparable in size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of tasks by CMI personnel and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all CMI operations adhere to environmental regulations and standards.
  • Provide compliant products and services to the Government, collaborating on the administration of the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
  • Develop and supervise the Quality Control Plan applicable to the contract.
  • Lead and mentor quality control technicians in their daily operations and essential Quality Control assessments.
  • Work in partnership with client personnel to facilitate joint Quality inspections as necessary.
  • Coordinate with CMI corporate and site management to guarantee that all quality-focused personnel are up-to-date on compliance requirements.
  • Manage the tracking, documentation, and disposal of hazardous waste generated during maintenance activities, identifying the need for new or revised permits, and overseeing the Certifications and Permits program as stipulated by the contract.
