Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Red Oak, IA. As a PTA at Kreate Talent, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care, work collaboratively with our dedicated team, and enjoy a supportive work environment.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates as well as experienced PTAs looking to advance their careers. As a PTA, you will be responsible for carrying out treatment plans developed by supervising physical therapists, accurately documenting patient progress, and communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Implementation: Implement treatment plans developed by supervising physical therapists, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to established protocols.
- Progress Documentation: Accurately document patient progress and treatments in a timely manner, providing valuable insights for continued care and improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
- Department Support: Contribute to maintaining the daily operations of the therapy department, including equipment and supplies, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Care Program Participation: Participate in the development and implementation of patient care programs, driving continuous quality improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Iowa.
