Position Overview:

Aerotek is seeking candidates for a junior mechanical assembler role. This position offers a competitive pay range of $20-25 per hour.


Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in the fabrication and assembly of specialized mechanical vehicles, including custom mechanics trucks and service bodies tailored for the mining industry. Strong mechanical aptitude is essential for this role.

The responsibilities include:

  • Assembling and installing various components and subassemblies onto the manufactured equipment.
  • Utilizing diverse methods and techniques such as drilling, tapping, punching, machining, wiring, and conducting tests to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Testing and verifying the quality of hydraulic installations and coordinating systems for optimal functionality.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in assembly work.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Strong mechanical inclination.

Shift & Pay:

This is a full-time, long-term position with opportunities for advancement. Multiple shifts are available, and employees will receive weekly pay starting at $20-25 per hour. Benefits include health insurance and a 401k plan.
