Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Oversee chart audits and address any missing or erroneous documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Review medication error reports and internal incident reports related to medications, working closely with the Nursing Manager to implement corrective actions.
  • Assist the Nursing Manager in delegating shift-specific responsibilities to maximize efficiency and accuracy in nursing care.
  • Act as a liaison between the nursing team and the Nursing Manager, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform clinical shifts as needed, providing direct care to our clients and supporting the nursing team.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state in which applying for work.
  • Minimum two (2) years' nursing experience.
