Beauty Sales Consultant

Job Summary

The Beauty Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert knowledge of beauty products and services to customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations to drive sales. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, execute visual merchandising standards, and support inventory management processes.

About the Role

As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of beauty brands and products, including top-selling lines and new launches. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and needs, and making personalized recommendations to meet their beauty goals.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and make product recommendations to drive sales growth.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date on new launches and trends, and provide expert advice to customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory management processes, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Client-Facing Experience: Possess client-facing retail or service industry experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

• Flexible Availability: Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
