Job Summary:

MedStar Medical Group is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic medical radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and evaluates radiographic images, ensuring technical quality and accuracy.
  • Prepares and maintains radiographic rooms, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Obtains patient history, vital signs, and documentation, as required.
  • Performs radiographic examinations, including fluoroscopic and specialized procedures.
  • Assists licensed practitioners with interventional procedures and maintains equipment in efficient operating order.

Requirements:

  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) Radiology Technology license in the State of Maryland, Virginia, or District of Columbia.
  • Associate degree preferred.

Compensation: $48.99 per hour.
