Server Representative

Job Summary: As a Server at Greenwood Communities, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a strong commitment to our company's mission and values, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit strong knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Adhere to all state liquor laws and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks to maintain a high level of service quality.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking, table setting, and cleaning the dining room.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Management Team to ensure efficient service and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of direct server experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous knowledge of touch screen POS systems a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age.
