Responsibilities:- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients for reactions and side effects
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period
- Two years of experience in pediatric intensive care or a related field
