Job Summary:
The Tax Services Department at Kerber, Eck & Braeckel LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Senior or Tax Manager to provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to various business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and not-for-profits.
- Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
- Focus on project realization and demonstrate the ability to efficiently research tax topics of intermediate complexity.
- Develop and manage client relationships, taking on client billing responsibility as needed.
- Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required.
- CPA certified or CPA exam eligible.
- Public accounting tax experience.
- Personnel management experience required.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office, CCH Axcess, and QuickBooks.
