Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide Medical Management of Critically Ill Neonates: You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating critically ill neonates in our Level III NICUs.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: You will work closely with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: You will contribute to quality improvement efforts aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Best Practices: You will participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices in neonatal care.
- Current APRN National Specialty Certification: You must hold current certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in neonatal nursing.
- Master's Degree or Higher: You must have a master's degree or higher in nursing or a related field.
- GA License Required: You must be licensed to practice as an APRN in the state of Georgia.
