About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healing and recovery in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform bathing, oral hygiene, and hair care services for patients
  • Answer patient calls and provide timely assistance to meet their physical needs
  • Participate in hourly rounds to ensure patient well-being
  • Transport patients to and from treatment centers as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment
  • Keep patient rooms clean and organized
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience as a nursing assistant, medical assistant, or in a related field
