We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Elmington Property Management's Wildhorse Flats in Austin, TX.
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for responding to service requests, completing repairs, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair problems with major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
