**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective residents and their families to provide them with information about our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build deep rapport with prospects through proactive follow-up resulting in scheduled tours
  • Leverage our CRM with clean data and maintain a working knowledge of community services, amenities, special events, and pricing
  • Rapidly answer incoming calls, emails, chats, texts from new, prospective residents and their families
  • Articulate benefits of community that meet the needs of the prospective resident
  • Execute follow-up protocol using phone, text, email, and video
  • Achieve established tour and move-in goals
  • Effectively communicate with community sales leaders regarding leads and tours
  • Work with community sales teams to conduct routine lead reviews
  • Stay current on all community information such as team members, features, amenities, services, special events, pricing
  • Enter all customer information and interactions in CRM accurately, timely, and within the same day

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ideal candidate will have senior living sales experience
  • Experience utilizing CRM
  • Professional experience working over phone with customers
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear
  • The employee may occasionally be required to crouch
  • The employee may occasionally lift items as heavy as 50lbs
