Unit Summary:The ICU is a 36-bed step-down unit that provides care for patients requiring close and in-depth telemetry monitoring. Our team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals work together to provide high-quality care for a diverse range of adult patients with complex medical conditions.
We take pride in our fast-paced and dynamic environment, where our nurses are trained to provide care for patients with neurologic, respiratory, cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, endocrine, and gynecologic conditions. Our team is also certified in ACLS, Trauma, and Stroke care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:- Provide safe and effective patient care, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
