Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's specific needs.">
  • Conduct assessments, implement interventions, and monitor progress.">
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care.">
  • Supervise and train staff on behavior analysis principles and techniques.">
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.">
  • Attend professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest research and practices in behavior analysis.">

Qualifications

  • ">
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.">
  • Board certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.">
  • 3+ years of experience providing behavior analysis services.">
  • Experience working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
