Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Favorite Healthcare Staffing. As a Geriatric LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a nursing home setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients in a nursing home setting
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
  • Active New York LPN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • At least 6 months of recent experience as a Geriatric LPN in a nursing home setting
