Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team at Optima Dealer Services. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and provide 5-star treatment to every passenger.
  • Transport guests to and from John Wayne Airport and Fletcher Jones Motorcars Dealership as needed.
  • Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and other items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience in a previous role.
  • A Clean and outstanding Commercial driver's license (CDL) without any Violations.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Successful completion of Shuttle Driver Training Period (6 months).
  • Currently holds, or can obtain, all applicable licenses on badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle.
  • Ability to promptly follow directions from management and co-workers.
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly and politely.
Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to stand and frequently is required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
