Position Overview

We are looking for proficient and knowledgeable Hydrodemolition Technicians to enhance our workforce. The selected individuals will be tasked with operating hydrodemolition machinery and ensuring effective removal of concrete surfaces while performing general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate hydrodemolition machinery for concrete surface removal.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and carry out necessary repairs to maintain peak performance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Keep detailed records of work progress and communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Engage in general labor tasks as required.
  • Travel to various job sites as necessary.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in hydrodemolition or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of hydrodemolition techniques and equipment operation.
  • Capability to work in diverse weather conditions and physically demanding settings.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job locations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
