Are you looking for a challenging role in logistics support? We have an exciting opportunity for a Traffic Clerk to join our team at MSCCN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review receiving and billing documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in delivery bills and receiving documentation.
- Complete necessary paperwork for the shipping and receiving process, including outbound bills and inbound drop trailer paperwork.
- Ensure backup documentation is maintained and up-to-date.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by performing general clerical duties, such as filing, keying, and faxing.
- Enter data into multiple systems and maintain appointment logs.
- Prepare, review, and analyze reports, purchase orders, and other paperwork.
- Monitor and process deliveries by scheduling and maintaining a log of delivery appointments.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities, or 1 year's experience in clerical related responsibilities using computer applications.
