Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble product components with precision, utilizing advanced tooling and equipment.
  • Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to execute high-quality assembly.
  • Follow production procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
  • Perform inspections to guarantee parts and final products meet tolerance specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and/or electrical issues during and after assembly.
  • Recognize and communicate problems to identify cause and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized workspace, promoting our safety and quality culture.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools; experience with electrical tools and power tools relevant to the assembly process is an asset.
  • Mechanical assembly knowledge, including part preparation, mechanical installation, and quality inspection.
  • Technical reading ability, competent in interpreting mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills, able to diagnose and resolve common mechanical or electrical issues encountered during assembly.
  • Manual dexterity, comfortable handling and assembling parts and tools of varying sizes.
  • Basic math and writing proficiency, competence in fundamental math and clear written communication.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Educational foundation: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Physical requirement: Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Employment status: US Citizenship required.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Competitive hourly pay: $16-$22 per hour, based on experience and knowledge.
