Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Technical Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in quality assurance, particularly within the food manufacturing sector. This position plays a vital role in guaranteeing that our products adhere to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular evaluations and audits of the production processes to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and document quality control measures and outcomes.
- Identify and rectify any quality-related issues or deviations from established standards.
- Collaborate with production and research & development teams to execute quality enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain precise records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
- Assist in formulating and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Educate and train staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in both internal and external audits.
