We are seeking a skilled Laundry Worker to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a Laundry Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, sort, and load soiled linen into the washer(s) and load clean linens into the dryer(s)
- Fold clean linens and count and record the linen processed each day
- Make proper deliveries to units and clean and sanitize the work area, including machines, work tables, and sorting area
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Utilize leadership skills to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
