Job Title: Beauty Advisor

The Beauty Advisor is a key member of the sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the cosmetics department. This role requires a strong understanding of beauty products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, offering product recommendations and advice on beauty trends and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of beauty products and services, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their beauty needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product demonstrations, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and services, and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of beauty trends and techniques.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
