Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Printing Technician to support our Night Shift Production Team. In this role, you will ensure that all Dry Offset Printing machines operate at optimal speeds (MEEF, EFF, and Scrap %) while producing high-quality products. This dedicated Print Tech team prioritizes safety and attendance to maximize efficiency. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 8 Hour Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday
Compensation: Includes shift differential, hiring bonus of $1,000.00, referral bonus of $1,000.00, and bi-annual bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensure maximum output of printing machines through MEEF & EFF.
- Assist PMOTs with any issues related to their printers or job duties.
- Supply and maintain your own tools as per the Print Tech Tool List.
- Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor and Printing Technicians to complete daily tasks.
- Understand and manage all aspects of set-ups, color changes, plate changes, and size changes.
- Perform minor maintenance repairs as directed by the Group Leader or Manager.
- Change and trim blankets, clean and set-up color-heads, and mix inks as needed.
- Execute Printing Machine Operator duties when required.
- Establish print standards and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and (HACCP) practices.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department manager.
- Understand and apply the Quality Policy to working practices.
- Work effectively in a team environment and assist others as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Three to five years of previous experience in a supervisory, quality, or injection molding role.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret data.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
