The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, maintenance management experience, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

This role involves strategic planning, personnel development, and compliance with legal regulations while maximizing the return on investment for fleet assets.

Candidates must be able to work across business lines, facilitate/train others, and navigate and handle difficult conversations.

They will also be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of equipment at all Hub and spoke maintenance sites,
evaluating vehicles and equipment to assess replacement due to age, history of repair and overall maintenance costs,
communicating regularly with all maintenance supervisors, planners and parts personnel to ensure good two-way communication,
performing data analysis, preparing reports and making recommendations for maintenance facility operations improvements,
ensuring that all personnel is adequately trained and equipped to accomplish set goals in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner,
initiating and carrying out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs,
and remaining current and ensuring adherence to all laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines affecting area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including maintenance and repair of equipment
- Evaluate vehicles and equipment for replacement or repair
- Communicate with maintenance supervisors, planners, and parts personnel
- Perform data analysis and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure personnel are adequately trained and equipped
- Initiate and carry out projects to improve efficiency or reduce costs

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership and personnel development skills
- Ability to work across business lines and communicate effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access
