Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in home health settings, with a strong focus on patient-centered care. As part of our team, you will work closely with occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote patient independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, following established treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to promote open communication and address concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Indiana.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
