About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute care environments. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as monitoring their vital signs and reporting any concerns to the nursing team.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures, strong observational skills and a high level of attention to details, and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents. You will also need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
