Compensation:

We offer a competitive pay structure, including:

Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
This position involves overseeing production equipment and ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently to produce high-quality products. You will also perform minor mechanical tasks as needed.

Job Duties:
  • Safely operate thermoforming machines while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Pack finished products accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
  • Provide support to less experienced team members.
  • Complete end-of-shift paperwork documenting machine and production metrics.
  • Inspect products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
  • Adhere to safety and housekeeping protocols.

Qualifications:

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts while standing for extended periods.
