Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Mariner Sands Country Club, a prestigious country club with a commitment to excellence.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, wine, and beer, according to guest requests and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, including checking identification and monitoring guest behavior.
• Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items and specials.

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry heavy weight.
